Dear Parent

In keeping with the tradition of the school, Class XI students will be bidding farewell to the Class of 2020 on Saturday, 25 January 2020.  The formal Graduation Ceremony will be held in the morning. Class XII students will have to report to school at regular school timing i.e 8:00 am. No student will be allowed to come later than 8:05 am. Timings for the Graduation ceremony is from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon. Please seated by 8:45 am. Students can go back at 12:00 noon with their parents or on their own. School buses will ply in the morning however no school transport will be available at 1200 hours.

The Farewell party is in the evening. Timings for the same is 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Class XI students should report to school by 3:30 pm. NO student will be allowed to enter the school later than 3:35 pm. Reporting time for Class XII is 4:00 pm, No student will be allowed to enter the school later than 4:10 pm. Programme will begin and end on time.

To ensure that all the students reach home safely, we request you to make arrangements to personally pick your ward from the school after the Farewell Party. In case of any alternate arrangement, please specify in the consent.

DATE SHEET FOR END-TERM EXAMINATION

FEBRUARY 2020

CLASSES IX and XI

Points to Note:

1. The timings for the examination will be from 8:00 am to 11:30 am. Students can go back home after the exam provided the duly signed consent (given below) is sent by 25 January 2020 to the class teacher. The students should not come to school on the days when they don’t have an examination.
2. There must be no communication between students in writing, speech or gesture once they enter the examination room. A student who resorts to any kind of malpractice during the examination will be awarded ZERO for that particular subject and will be suspended from appearing in the rest of the papers. NO request will be entertained for showing any leniency in such cases.  
3. As per the new examination guidelines issued by CBSE, possession of mobile phones, calculators, written  material, books, notes etc. will be considered as an attempt to cheat and will result in strict action being taken against the erring student.  BRINGING MOBILE PHONES/ ANY ELECTRONIC GADGET TO SCHOOL DURING THE EXAMINATIONS IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED FOR ALL STUDENTS.
4. Students must not write anything on the question paper except for their name and roll number. No Rough Work or calculation should be done on the question paper. Any violation of this rule will result in strict action.
5. Students must bring their own stationery. They will not be allowed to borrow any stationery item during examination.
6. Practical examination for class XI for the final exams will be held from Wednesday, 05 Feb 2020 onwards. Schedule for the practical examination will be put up on the class display board.
7. Result will be declared on Monday, 9 March 2020. Report card will be handed over to the parents only.

Extra classes for classes X and XII will start from Wednesday, 11 March 2020 till Wednesday, 25 March 2020.  Attendance during the extra classes is mandatory.
